Is Lindsay's List really free?

Yes. Creating an account, browsing listings, and posting your own service are all free. Lindsay's List doesn't charge booking fees or take a percentage of any transaction — ever.

How do I pay for a service?

Payment is entirely between you and the service provider. Lindsay's List doesn't process any payments — you and your provider agree on method and amount directly (cash, Venmo, whatever works for both of you).

How do I know a provider is trustworthy?

Check their star ratings and read reviews left by past customers. As with any neighborhood service, we recommend meeting in person before any work begins and trusting your instincts.

Can I browse without an account?

No. This is a closed community for vetted individuals. Please reach out to establish an account before browsing services.

How do I delete my account?

Click your Username on the top bar, and scroll to the Danger Zone section. Deleting your account permanently removes all your listings and data and cannot be undone.
